3. Quote Requests

Submitting a quote request through our website does not constitute a binding contract. A quote becomes valid only when accepted in writing by both parties. We reserve the right to decline any project request at our discretion.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate property information, ensuring site access, marking underground utilities, and obtaining any required HOA or municipal approvals prior to installation. OR Fence & Works is not liable for delays or damages resulting from undisclosed site conditions or missing permits.

5. Warranties

We stand behind our workmanship with a limited warranty on installations. Material warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers and vary by product. Warranty details will be included in your service agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, natural disasters, or modifications made by third parties.

6. Payments

Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payment terms, including deposits and final balances, will be outlined in your service agreement. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

OR Fence & Works shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
